Training Acrostics

By Corey Nielsen on Mon, 2006-10-23 08:27.

Instructions:

  • If, for example, you are beginning a seminar or training segment on Customer Relations, have each group use a piece of flip-chart paper and come up with an acronym with the letters in CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
  • Make sure each word in the acronym relates to the concept itself (i.e. the C in Customer Relations could stand for Courteous, Caring, etc).

Purpose:

This is a great way to inspire or prime participant thinking as you begin each new training topic.
